Review on Mizuno Women's Shadow Running Shoes - Black Women's Athletic Footwear by James Hardy

My old running shoes were the Mizuno Catalyst and they were my favorite shoes until the Mizuno Shadows showed up! I was desperate for a new pair as my old ones were falling apart. I run and wheelchair jog 4 days a week. I saw these blue and black shades on Amazon for $31 and ordered them in my usual size 6 (I'm a size 5 1/2 or 6 on all shoes, Mizuno always a 6). These are the right size for me. There's plenty of room and flexibility in the toe box and the heel seems pretty stable (I've tried them with and without orthotics and they feel great in both cases, but I always wear orthotics when I run). The biggest surprise was the color! I didn't particularly like the blue/black combo online but it was the cheapest so I went with it. So glad I did! In life the color is a deep turquoise blue - very bright and cheerful! Definitely worth the $!
