I don't rate anything five stars unless it significantly improves my quality of life. REALIKE Hydration Running Belt works as advertised. It's comfortable, lightweight and stays where you put it. * Two adjustable buckles on the back make it easy to adjust to almost any waist size. * The band material itself is very elastic and comfortable even on bare skin. * Credit card slot for three cards horizontally and my car key with three keys. * The middle phone pocket comfortably holds my iPhone 6 on the side, screen to the front, and the audio output is on the bottom left. (I use a weird connection for great sound quality.) Cable hole placement can be an issue if your headset doesn't have its own volume control, as the iPhone's volume control is now unavailable unless you take it out of your pocket. A set of Bluetooth headphones can easily solve this problem. *Although there is no viewing window, I can control all basic phone controls through the headphones. * The water bottle pocket easily fits a 16 ounce plastic water bottle. I would certainly fit a large vacuum flask in there as well. *The placement of the bottle pocket is far enough forward that my arms are free to swing even when swinging their arms in front of them. I didn't even notice the bottle until I felt thirsty and realized I had water with me. * There is an adjustable strap at the top that flips the bottle over and keeps the bottle in place very well. Some find it difficult to remove the bracelet with one hand. I had to either stop or almost stop to pull it out and put it back in. This can become easier if the rubber band breaks a bit. *The entire unit is well balanced, solidly built, easy to use and absolutely worth the money.
