Review on Set of 3 Primula Silicone Gaskets for 6 Cup Aluminum Espresso Pots - Replacement Parts by Edgar Vasquez

These spacers are perfect for my IKEA Rådig 6 cup espresso pot (aka "moka pot"). This model has been discontinued and replaced with a newer IKEA model. These silicone pads fit a little tighter and seal the junction between the water box and lid even better than Bialetti's original rubber pads and replacement rubber pads, which tend to deteriorate and break with regular use. (They seem to last forever!) Also, Bialetti pods are more expensive than these and include a replaceable aluminum strainer, which is actually an unnecessary "extra" as these strainers should last the life of a moka pot, bent in any way etc. by the unwary Handling. I'm definitely happy with my purchase and since it's a 3 pack I honestly don't think I'll ever need to buy more!
