I use these for my 6-8 year old boys, they are not too big and fit even the tallest boy (8 year old, 100lbs, about 4ft tall) I've heard of kids Swimming in BIG caps with holes for the arms or neck that are too big I would say that's your answer, I dare say they are suitable for children from 5 to 10 years old. Oh and they have good quality for soccer if you play rough for example and pull them in soccer. I don't know how long they'll last, they're just 'basic' in that regard, but look at the price, what do you expect?
