Waste of time
I saw my balloon garland fall apart with these dots. After a few hours, they tightened and lost their stickiness. They turned into little sticky balls. I had to seal the garland with duct tape. I wasted so much time going back and replacing the balloons falling down all day to night. My house had a neutral temperature. I've used other brands indoors and out in the heat and they never fell apart. I ordered for 2600 because of the "amazing" price of $6.99. It's too good to be true.
