Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.
Haven't used up one tank in a week. used without softening additives, tap water without filtration. For a week, the water did not change its color, did not catch hair and wool (I have a dog and a lot of wool). Water consumption was about 12.5 ml per hour against the declared 300. Used in a 10m2 room with the door closed. humidity remained as it was 24% (measurements with a digital and pointer hygrometer. As a result, I gave it back for a return to the store. They said that this is a technically complex product and diagnostics are needed. I am waiting for the results of the diagnostics
