It's still stuck. I wrote to MargePlus a few weeks ago and still haven't received a response. I am now very disappointed that the company continues to fail to provide customer service. ** Arrived beautifully packaged in a drawstring pouch and each drawstring is attached with an elastic band to secure for storage or travel. I'm grateful for the included adapter so I can keep using some parts from my previous Android products while I put together a new power supply.
