Review on Tiki Cat Savory Broth: Grain-Free Lickable Wet Food Treat, Enhance Flavor & Add Moisture - 12 Pouches by Kamil Campbell

Revainrating 1 out of 5

1 star for beef, 5 stars for tuna and chicken, chicken and duck - 1 for out of stock

Update Addendum: They also like chicken and duck flavors but unfortunately I still get nothing but tuna through the subscription and savings program and my cat is fed up with tuna. UPDATE: I've since tried the chicken flavor and my cat loved it so we subscribed and saved and got 1 shipment because they didn't have the tuna we subscribed to. So Revain just emailed me to say Chicken is no longer available and they canceled my subscription - even though it was to replace something that was out of stock! I also ordered chicken and duck which arrived today but I haven't opened them yet. I only changed my rating to 1 star because this product was never available during my subscription day and it annoys me. My cat NEEDS broth for medication and I RELY on Revain's subscription and retention program to save money, these are expensive needs. I had to get food stamps for myself so I could afford my cat's medication and special food! That's not how you treat a regular customer. He still likes the taste of tuna and chicken, but he doesn't like the taste of beef. My first review is below. My cat takes lactulose twice a day and I gave it to her in tuna broth so I figured she would like beef too as she loves beef cat food. I was wrong. He sniffed it and then licked it, but left the day before. It was still warm from the UPS truck so I figured he'd like it. Anyway it's been a few hours now and I put his medicine in the cold broth and he still won't take it so I just spent $12 on food and a dose of medicine too. Dissatisfied. I subscribed and saved up on SALMON, didn't try it as it was the only option for S&S, but I hope it's not a waste of money either. I can't afford to waste money as his food and meds eat up my own food budget and I only had to apply for food stamps. If I qualify it won't be that much of a problem for me, but for now. I really hope you consider providing S&S tuna broth because he really likes it. Good. I TRIED TO SEE THE TUNA FLAVOR SEPARATELY WHICH IS A 5 STAR RATING BUT THE SYSTEM WON'T LET ME BECAUSE IT SEEED THAT RATING. So here's the review I just wrote on the TUNA taste: I have to give my cat lactulose twice a day, so I don't mix it with some broth, I mix it with some broth instead of putting it in his mouth, so all over his coat, to squirt. I used health brand but they took it from my local pet so I gave Tiki a try. My boy loved this tuna flavored broth. It usually comes with a large chunk of tuna that's too big for a cat (maybe a quarter size), so I have to use a spoon to cut it into smaller chunks, plus a few smaller cat-sized chunks and lots. Broth. It won't be a complete "food" for every cat, but it works well for my purposes. I can divide the broth into 3-4 servings as I don't need much for the medicine. By the way, I tried beef flavor on him yesterday, and he refused. So I mixed it with the leftover tuna and he ate it with a spoon (spoiled Turkish Angora mix). So today I sent out a whole package for all 3 cats and they all ignored it and chose to starve rather than eat the taste of beef. In short, tuna = good, beef = bad. Also note that my broth was shipped in a small cardboard display that you find in stores inside a padded envelope, and in any case, the flimsy cardboard container inside the envelope breaks uselessly, making it inconvenient for you to keep it in its original (prepared) storage ) packaging, and you end up with just loose bags of broth. It may just be MY mail, but it would be much better if they packed it more carefully, in a sturdy container that won't be damaged. TOTAL, beef gets 1 star, tuna gets 5 stars.
