I have a job that involves spending about 10 hours a day in front of a computer and doing other intensive writing tasks, and I bought this because I wanted something better. Back then (April 2017) it was $140, an outrageous investment in a keyboard, but with "50 million keystrokes" and legendary durability, I figured it would be an investment that would pay off over the years with increased comfort and durability performance would pay off. Come. Ha! The first problem appeared in June 2017. Yes, only 3 months. Some keys started registering double presses when I pressed just once. I followed the support instructions which didn't work and the problem got worse. I submitted the return shipping fee and received a new one that actually looked new and not refurbished. They didn't resist or comment after receiving my board so I'm pretty sure they confirmed the hardware was faulty. The second board took a little longer, cheers. From around December 2018 (1.5 years if you are following) the new board started turning off randomly, lasting a few seconds and then turning on again. I tried different USB ports, even swapped with a colleague and the problem followed the board. Support reported that this "looks like a control board error". Just like before. The guarantee is of course only one year! So after asking me, they generously offered me a 30% discount on a new board. Wow just wow. I don't know how to make keyboards that break regularly. I've had over 15 keyboards in my life and none of them have stopped working properly for reasons other than mechanical wear. The fact that it costs me 2-5 times more than the competition and only has a 1 year warranty is outrageous. If you need a mechanical keyboard, please buy another brand. These keyboards are a joke and you'll feel like an idiot like me for giving them money for this overpriced crap.
