Midesk offers good functionality with the most widely used packages.It is very easy to navigate. Some of the options for segmentation is not very user friendly. Some of the user interface is outdated and may not be compatible with the newer Adobe packages that are used in the industry. The best segmentation tool for media and marketing companies that can be used to segment products for advertising purposes. Easy to use and have many packages with good functionalities. I like how quickly they can get things done for us - we have been working with them since last year but now their team has grown so much more efficient! There are some minor issues in terms of user interface (sometimes buttons don't appear or disappear), however this hasn't really impacted our workflow as such. They're always looking at ways to improve efficiency across all areas including reporting etc. It's great having someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to data collection/analysis.
