Bought as a set with a watch very similar to this Citizen (same look, different colour). Installation was fairly easy - at 22mm the strap fitted perfectly around the lugs leaving little to no room. As for the fit, I have a small wrist, about 6 inches in circumference. The strap works well and I use the second or third smallest hole. It is quite soft and flexible and sits comfortably on the wrist. The white stitching makes the bracelet look like leather from a distance. There is one star because the strap already collects lint and the material is quite thick, which means that the two strap holders are difficult to move. If there was only one that would be perfect Also note that the tape has no spring pins so don't lose any during installation!
