The tray is just great and everything seems to be well made and high quality, but the design of the tower is not good. He will sit cross-eyed on the edge of the tray. There is an additional magnetic piece on the back that is supposed to provide support, but does nothing. The turret really needs to move away from the tray instead of snapping to the edge. Worse still, the bottom shelf of the tower isn't trimmed long enough to keep the bones from rolling out from under the tower. You can raise the tray, but it lowers after a few rolls. You can push a few extra cubes underneath to hold it up, or you can add something to make the shelf longer, but that's a crappy workaround.
