This was my solution
I recently received new glasses from Costco. Prices are great; However, the nose pads on these frames were "instruments of torture". They were hard plastic and teardrop shaped, which is not very good. These nose pads are soft and slightly smaller which suits me. Swapping out was easy, all I needed was a magnifying glass to see what I was doing. Has worked very well for me.
