The very worst purchase I've ever made from Samsung. These are the cellphones that I have always used; the most recent one I owned was the Samsung S10, and it has been with me for more than 3.5 years and is still functional. However, it was urgently required to search for a replacement, and although I did not examine the qualities very thoroughly, I had no choice but to do so now. In point of fact, the only thing that is included in the package is a smartphone and a c-type cable that is not particularly long on either end. There is neither a charger nor any headphones. The use of headphones is really annoying. For my purposes, the wired ones are preferable; hence, the regular ones will not do. You will be required to make a purchase upon the availability of the C-type format, and you will need to purchase either the original devices themselves or the original adaptor. Does not function properly when used with any other device! Because of this, you will be required to make an unexpected and immediate financial contribution. Now that I have it, I have to remind myself frequently to bring along this adaptor. Additionally, it is not feasible to use the headphones with the phone while it is charging, nor is it possible to do the reverse. You might also just listen to music on your bluetooth device. - In my perspective, the picture quality is substantially lower than that of the Samsung Galaxy S10. It's possible that something can be configured there, but I haven't figured out how to accomplish it yet. Shades that are unpleasant, a sense of sharpness, not at all. A total letdown for someone who is passionate about photography. - The battery does not have a very large volume, to put it another way. Until it is worn out, with moderate use, it often lasts until the evening; but, if you use it a little more actively, with music or games, you will need to put it in during the middle of the day. This is because it will not last as long with more vigorous use. - There is no way to install a memory card, as this option is not available at all. In general, I do not suggest at all. Consider the several other options. You can discover much better and more convenient alternatives for the same price.
