**UPDATE: I received the "new" luggage today and there were scratches. Not as bad as before; however, in a condition that a brand new set should NOT be in especially when it comes wrapped in plastic within an undamaged box.At this point our son's b.day trip is approaching and its no telling what condition the next exchange would be in if we were to exchange. But we will NOTbe purchasing from this seller in the future.Opening out of the box we were excited to see the look on my soon-to-be 4 yo's face when he get he receives item. While inspecting I noticed small scratches on the backpack, that I was willing to overlook but the suitcase looks as if its been drug across several blocks!
