I like that they can manage my social media campaigns for me so well! They have helped us build out our marketing plan with their expertise in SEO, PPC management, analytics planning etc. Their pricing model is really great as well. There’s not much to dislike about this firm as we've been doing business together since 2018. The only thing i wish is there's some way of tracking engagements beyond likes/comments vs shares. Also, sometimes you are charged extra fees for things that should be included. However, these issues aren't too big of an issue because they're very easy to work around and fix when needed. If anything, always ask them what additional services would make sense to include in your package deal before signing up.
