Never knew this existed!

I came across this item through a YouTube chocolate show. This is awesome because it gives you the ability to stir chocolate/sugar/whatever and get an accurate temperature without having to hold another thermometer. I wish it would work for less chocolate in the pot, but that's just an excuse to make it bigger. Right? :)
