comfortable and sturdy watch band

I am using the 20mm size with my Garmin sports watch. The band fits the watch perfectly. The band is thick enough to hold my (relatively heavy) watch securely. The band is stretchy enough fit fit comfortably on my wrist even when I'm exercising. I'm not sure how much the ventilation holes help, but I suppose they can't hurt.
