Shampoo and conditioner burned my skin
I have purchased this product in the past and have had no problems. This time they seem to have changed the formula because it smells awful and I got it on my skin and it burned my skin. More than 24 hours have passed and the burn mark and redness are still there. WHAT did you change that made this product toxic?! I have attached an image for reference. I am very disappointed in this product.
