I bought these binoculars as a thanksgiving gift for my 10 year old boy and at this price the product was definitely a big surprise for me and my boy. When we received the box we found it quite heavy. When we took the parts out of the box, the metal focus wheel gleamed and the whole body looked very solid for its weight. We held these binoculars and observed the pine trees in our neighbor's yard over 100 feet away and we could clearly see the pine needles with brilliant colors! The included tripod and phone clip are neat and can be very useful in some situations. All in all a great product in this price range.
