I bought this product because to be honest I have a very disgusting American Bulldog. I have 6 months too. Couches are my bulldog territory, but I'd feel guilty if I put my daughter on the couch despite all the cleaning. This cover was amazing for exactly that reason. I take it off and wash it once a week. I've had them for a few months now and they're holding up great! The color does not fade, but there are a few small holes from the dog's claws, but nothing noticeable. She also runs wild and uses sofas as parkour fields. Not recommended for active pets. The only thing that worries me through my own fault is the constant refilling. They look messy when someone sits down and stands up. But I didn't know they sold in packs of 2 and I really think that would help! Just ordered 2 pcs. on the most beautiful day! UPDATE *** 2 pcs much better! Don't worry about 1 piece! A two-piece suit is a little harder to put on, but the fabric doesn't move. No more mess and my sofas look great!
