First of all, I like the frame itself. I was looking for a barn style frame to match my other picture frames. I would prefer framed glass to plexiglass. But I will say that the plexiglass was covered with a thin plastic that protected it from scratches. My demands on the substrate in the frame. It has a stand function and a wall mount function. The wall mount function is broken. I can only hang the frame horizontally, not vertically. (I want it to hang vertically). And the piece of wall is not centered on the ground and does not hang straight. I will keep the frame though as it is the only one I could find in the 4" x 5" size I wanted. I feel like I paid too much money for shoddy craftsmanship. I will add my own wall hanger to the back of the frame for hanging the frame as needed.
