I've always struggled with gum health, specifically inflammation, bleeding and even gingivitis once! I've been using this toothpaste for about six weeks, today my dentist measured my gums. I've never had so many "twos"! My gums are pink, look healthy and didn't bleed at all when I brushed my teeth. My hygienist told me to keep doing what I'm doing, so I guess I'm a convert. 3 stars for whitening because I didn't really notice if it turned white at all. I got this for his health, not for the whitening.
