The instructions are general at best. They don't even tell you what size drill bit to use for the anchors. If you've never used wall anchors before, ask someone for help. The cut outs on the rails were upside down and facing backwards so the instructions were useless. Since they don't come with the right size drill bit and I'm installing on an old plastered wall, I jumbled up the anchors to make sure I wasn't drilling too big a hole and had to go to my local hardware store and get new and better ones screws. Since the cutouts were wrong, the included screws wouldn't have worked anyway. However, once I've hung up, it works and looks good.
