Easy software that was exactly what i wanted
The best thing about axiosoft is their customer support team. They are very friendly and willing to listen to any problems you have and they will try there hardest to help solve your problem! I dislike nothing at all with this program so far. You need good training on how to use it but once you do, it's easy to figure out. Great product/software!! This has helped us greatly by allowing us to track information easily without having to manually input data or write reports ourselves when we needed them done quickly.

- Data entry capabilities for both text & numeric values
- Customer service response time was great compared other vendors in our industry who had little knowledge base.
- Easy exportable file formats (Excel) available upon request from sales staff.
Cons
- Can be difficult if not trained properly initially
