Review on Centrix Ceramic Styling Flat Ounce by Amanda Collins

When I first used the straightener I was concerned that it would drag when I pulled it through my hair. I thought it would get better with time. It's not like this. Although it did a good job of straightening my hair at low temperatures, it seemed to damage the ends. I spent 2 weeks trying to contact the sender by phone as it was for the instructions that came with the shipment. I've been waiting for an answer for almost 2 weeks and haven't received any. So I can only give this item 1 star. Very disappointed.
