They're great at what they do! Not just for me but also other clients - I honestly can not imagine any issues from my end that have come across. The support is superb too - always happy in some way. Nothing really. Couldn't think when it was last time we had an issue (that's been cleared) so not much complaints there. We used the service initially back in April/May 2018 after working our client into thinking their products were very cool. So now about 7 months ago which isn't long at all, the service started again and so since then I've had no real problems or queries regarding their services within this time period either. If you are looking for a new site, this place has got it covered! My main focus would be finding quality sites to host through them, it is only fair given how good they seem as far as customer relationship goes. I like the ability to customize the giveaway to my liking. The customer service is awesome and very responsive. I have not found anything that I dislike about this service. Give it a try! I have been able to create a lot of giveaways for my clients. Also, I have been able to create a lot of social media buzz. This has helped my clients to have more people interested in their business.
