I've had mine for almost a year now. I was pleasantly surprised by this little thing! I have 4 dogs so dog hair is a big problem. It is excellent at picking up pet hair and the fine dirt particles it picks up. It even removes hair from the corners. My main problem is the cables. I have a table in my living room that is high enough to climb on, but it hides a few extensions and they always get caught underneath. Another problem is my floor transitions. They are a bit larger than usual and he hangs on to them most of the time. So I can't run it when I'm not at home. It also sometimes snags on carpets and sometimes leaves tufts of hair behind when it walks over carpets or sidewalks. These issues are really minor when you look at the big picture and how my house is set up. He does a great job getting back to base when he knows he needs to recharge. The litter box could be bigger but it saves me time so I don't mind emptying it a few times. All in all, I'm very happy I bought this item! For the price, this is the perfect place to start to see if a robot vacuum is right for you or not. I would recommend this to everyone.
