The feature that I like best is being able to dial numbers directly into an IVR for our business clients without them having access through their service provider as well! It's not perfect though - sometimes it takes longer than necessary before we get put back in touch with someone who can help us out (for example if they are busy). We have been using telZIO now since March this year 2018 until today but there has never really be any bad experiences or issues so far which makes me happy about working together here at My Home Care Services Ltd.
