That was a compromise for me. I was fed up with the phone holder attached to the car vent. Aside from blocking out heat and air, it never lasted. So I jumped at the chance to try it out rear view mirror style. It is very durable and offers a stable solution to place your mobile phone on the go. Exchange? I gave up the solution that charges while the phone is in the holder in favor of a solution that requires a charging cable. Placement under the rear view mirror makes the phone look better at eye level without being distracting.
