Arrived on time, looks like the picture BUT! When I saw what I paid $10 for, I was a little taken aback. Just cut some bamboo with a planer knife, very roughly. Haven't used them yet, will watch some videos. I feel a bit stupid at the moment. Update: I've been using them for a few days, I have to admit they're fun and give various nice effects. I still think the price is outrageous.
