The interface is very user friendly, it has all features one could want from an applicant tracking system like resume management etc., It's affordable for new businesses as well as small companies who are looking out for such services at competitive prices. I have no major dislikes about this product other than that its price might seem too high for some users but if they go through their requirements thoroughly then there should be nothing stopping them from using this software. My organization uses this application to manage resumes of applicants submitted by different third party recruiting firms so that my team does not need to spend time doing manual data entry which would take up precious resources.
