I can't get it to work with the Windows 10 app and Alta HR. I plugged it into a USB 2 port (I have both USB 2 and USB 3 ports and tried USB 3 yesterday). My laptop has Bluetooth, but I'm having intermittent problems connecting my Alta to it. When trying to use the key, I get the message "To sync, uninstall Fitbit Connect or other apps that are trying to use the Fitbit base station." I don't have Fitbit Connect, just the latest Fitbit app from the Microsoft Store.
