Just got this new little heater. The packaging is solid, the box arrived undamaged. The build quality looks good but when I plugged it in it doesn't seem to be getting any power. The Power LED is not lit and none of the power settings work, ie Fan Only, Low Heat, High Heat or Efficient Power. I tested the same plug with a personal fan and the plug gives power. Revain agreed to refund my payment. Surprised by the failure of this product. [Note: I ordered the CZ442E Comfort Zone Personal Ceramic Heater at the same time, it arrived with the above model, but the ceramic heater seems to work fine.]
