The neck is unfortunately not adjustable
It is very beautiful but the clasp is pretty pathetic. It's not regulated but you might have a blessing to have a baby who doesn't move, but my 4 and 2 year olds aren't like that. Also, they have an average neck size, so several inches of hair can fall into their shirts even when pulled up.
