I ordered this tape to use with aluminum tube bubble wrap to insulate the outlet hose of my portable air conditioner to keep heat from escaping. Having never used a tape like this before, I faced some tough times. However, I found it quite easy to use. After separating the tape from the backing paper for the first time, all you have to do is cut the segments of aluminum tape, leaving the end of the backing paper long enough to peel off without having to start over. The tape is very flexible and holds securely after application. I recommend it for pipe and hose insulation work.
