This product is exactly to specification and with the included chalk ball it is excellent value for money. In addition to a large pocket with a drawstring, the chalk bag also has several padded zipped pockets. I hate to say that my drawstring was suspended from some sort of accessory material in the lining of the bag, rather than looped around the main pocket. Pocket. This was fixed by using a piece of wire to pull the rope around the main bag. A quick and easy fix that anyone can do. I sent a message to Valley Goods and they answered my questions right away and gave me a partial refund without even asking! Although my bag had a small quality control issue, I am giving this bag a 5 star rating for the quality of the bag despite this small issue and because of the great support Valley Goods offers to their customers! Thanks for a great product and service! Edit: I already got my $5 back. Correct 20 min. I cannot stress enough how great their service is! Well a great first impression. Definitely worth 5 stars!
