For those who said they couldn't water it or had trouble, they either didn't follow the directions or used a microwave to heat the water. I used a classic teapot and within 5 minutes I was able to take it and tape it perfectly to my ear. I have to wear headphones all day at work and with masks and goggles on, let's just say my poor ears are failing! This earphone is quite comfortable to wear after 6 hours, after which it is plastic and it begins to appear noticeably, does not pulsate or hurt, but only felt. Love all the options you can use, you can use two different types of inner ear tips, either for a snug, visible fit or a smaller ear tip for a very comfortable all day fit…. The only bad part is if like me you move a lot it might pop out otherwise it's in place and I can't believe I waited all this time because of the negative reviews, do yourself a favor and follow the instructions.
