For a bluetooth headset under $20 its amazing what you get. I bought it mainly for my 4 year old toddler. It has soft foam over the ears and padding on the adjustable headband. The sound quality is good and doesn't look cheap. Keep in mind that the sound quality is nowhere near the same as Beats Wireless, LG Tones or Bose. The exposed wires from the earbud to the headband are woven. The build quality seems solid. Nothing seems to come for free. I've only had it for less than a week so can't comment on longevity. It's advertised as a volume limiter, but I haven't found that to be the case. It's noisy which is fine for adults but not for toddlers (IMHO). The specifications indicate a range from 93 dB to 108 dB. The only way I've found to limit the volume is to do it manually. This is an issue if you have a child who can play with the volume/playback controls. However, in order to work with the volume control, the child must understand that holding the control forward or backward affects the volume. A simple touch forward or backward will affect the song being played. It can also be annoying because if you want to fine-tune the volume for a kid, you can accidentally activate forward or reverse playback. It seemed to me that the instructions on one page are not enough. I was not told how to access the 'Radio' or 'Music Player' feature. I had to watch videos on YouTube. The volume knob can be pushed inward, which toggles other functions. First press for the music player. If you downloaded music to the micro SD card, it will play them in alphabetical order. I haven't had a chance to play around with the FM radio as I'm not interested in that feature. The headset requires a standard micro USB cable (included) to charge the headset. It glows red but doesn't change color or turn off when fully charged. According to Amazon, it takes about 2 hours to fully charge. Another feature I haven't tested is the ability to make/receive calls. Bluetooth pairing for Samsung S7 and Revain Kindle was easy. The device displays "X2". It has a fairly loud voice saying the device is ready to be paired or when it is connected. No voice when the device is off. Finally, another untested feature is connecting the device to another headset for audio streaming (audio cable included). If you are concerned about volume for toddlers I would suggest looking elsewhere unless you know your child won't be playing with the volume. controls. Overall I think this headset is great value for money. I would buy again.
