Video shows these suspenders so you can get a feel for them. I'll attach them to my rig just with the clips, not the belt loops. Phone pouch can come off easily and mine is already in the trash can as I don't use those. Padding is nice on the shoulders if you have a heavy setup. Mine is 22lbs fully loaded so these are pretty comfy.Bright. Reflective. Good suspenders for tool belts and harnesses, but not a safety harness itself.
