Review on 📱 Gripgo Universal Car Phone Mount - Boxed Edition by Kevin Wilkins

My fiance and I bought one of these and were amazed at how well it worked. Since then several friends/family members have bought them in part because they work so well. My iPhone 4 fits snugly with no issues - with or without a case (I have a flat back plastic case which I'm sure helps). However, it took me incredible strength to get the phone off its mount the first few times I used it. It weakens over time but remains reliable. I LOVE the swivel system - it's so easy to point the phone where I need it. It attaches securely to my dash (I used the plastic disc that comes with the kit) and my fiancé's disc sticks to the windshield. He has an iPhone 5 and doesn't use a case. They never fall for any of us. I also find the mount to be much less fiddly to put on and take off compared to many handheld competitors. They always seemed to fall off the windshield whenever I tried to put the phone in there and they almost always installed the phone with two hands. Nothing I want to do while driving. I was very surprised by all the negative reviews - I love this item! I think my only suggestion for improvement would be to have more choices than the green mount. I understand this is an iconic color for the brand but I would prefer black or clear so it doesn't look as noticeable in my car.
