This dress is loose fitting. Has pockets! I wear a large and that is what I ordered. I read the reviews before I purchased it and a few people said it is tight in the arms. I did find that to be true, but it is not so tight that it will be a problem. When I say tight in the arms is when you raise your arms out in front of you there is a slight pull in the back of the arms. I think ordering an extra large it would be too big.
