The team has been very knowledgeable, willing to listen, available at all times at work hours, and flexible with dates for meetings/coaching sessions. This is such an amazing opportunity - it's not just that they are helping us build our skills but also we get to learn from them as well! They have made this process fun and enjoyable!! Having someone who can teach you some practical advice about how to implement certain strategies and processes into your business or practice area. We've learnt a lot about what makes a great coaching experience, which coaching techniques should one use when working with a client and where does your own expertise kick in? The tool is very intuitive, it's easy for non technical users like me to use as well! I don't have any dislikes about this product so far. It has been really helpful when trying to create our business cases. We are able to find out what we need from each project or task that needs funding by utilizing lydons tools.
