This is a great product that has already saved us over $25 on bottled water. Received this product about 1 week ago and followed the directions for use. I used to buy bottled water from the grocery store every week, but this product saved us about $25 a week by not having to buy bottled water. I fill 2 glass carafes and keep them in the fridge, once one of them is empty I simply refill the filler to refill the bottle. Since I drank 4-5 bottles of water a day and my husband drinks 3-4, that saves a lot! Great product and easy to use!
