Rubbing the back of the ankle.
My daughter complained that her heel/ankle hurt and when I moved her socks it was a read. They seem to rub at the back of her ankle and if she keeps wearing them she gets blisters. Disappointed because the shoes were cute.

- Daughter could only wear it once and was in pain even though it was her size but ok for the price.
Cons
- Limited Use: This shoe is designed as a dress shoe, which means it's not very practical for everyday use.
