I like that it has a lot of features from basic payroll, time tracking to customer service management and more. Also easy enough for employees with no training or experience in using such software to navigate through without help from support staff or consultants is great. There are many bugs within this product even after 3 years of its release so make sure you have proper knowledge about what you're getting into when choosing a system. We use the time tracker feature of this program as well as our project management tool. It's been seamless thus far but we haven't tried out all capabilities yet since there was some downtime during setup.
