Even better for fibrotic, CFS, and treatment-resistant insomnia.

I have had some form of insomnia since I was 7 years old. When all three come together and stick together, things get very complicated very quickly. Add in CFS and fibromyalgia and you end up feeling like you ALL have a terrible flu. . TIME. Home remedies and prescription drugs were useless. At one point I had 6 prescriptions for insomnia; Nothing worked for more than 3 days, most only 1 or 2. Not Ambien, Restoril, Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcyon. 5-HTP seems to be the miracle I've been looking for. I've been taking it for about a week now and it's still working! Insomnia, fibromyalgia and CFS made my life miserable for 36 years; but taking it works wonders for insomnia and gradually reduces pain. I swallowed it just like that, I only take about 200 mg (rounded up to 1/16 teaspoon). It's not tasteless, but it's not bad at all. First a slight sweetness, then a very slight bitterness; for example, 5 minutes after biting off an orange pit and immediately spitting it out. It's a very light bitterness that only lasts a second, making it worth the 'sleep'. Warning: start small and go slow! Don't take a large dose at once, this nausea is NO JOKE. Either way, you will be surprised at how good a 100-200mg dose is.
