Simple and Convenient
These thermometers (we use 3) will do the trick. Employees use them as they please, and the battery lasts for weeks, which might not sound like much, but when 200 people use it multiple times a day, seven days a week, I'm happy. It is also great that you can charge the battery with the supplied USB cable. It took about 4 hours to fully charge the battery. I gave 4 stars for accuracy because it's difficult to pinpoint accuracy. They're sensitive, so you can get a reading even when you don't mean to. We've been using it for 5 weeks now.
