These fabulous garlands are incredibly beautiful. Once you apply them. My best advice is to be patient. It takes a little time to unravel the wire. I started at one end, being very careful not to break the line. Before installing, I made sure the cables weren't tangled. The controller is a bit unpredictable. Turning it off isn't a problem, but to turn it on I had to press the power button 3 times. I also noticed that my TV remote read the frequency of the lights. It didn't control them, instead I could see what was flashing in the battery compartment when I used the TV remote. I like the different settings I can program and the lights themselves are easy to see. I tried the dimming option but that didn't seem to do much. Basically, I am very satisfied with the headlights. I may need to familiarize myself with the control options. I had the light on for about 12 hours and the batteries were still working. I would buy again.
