I have already replaced this item, after the second attempt to use it again, it does not work properly. I ended up having to plug it in like I had to charge it for it to turn off. I want a full refund. The first one I had didn't turn on when I tried to use it a second time and when I checked it didn't need to be charged this time when it was replaced (second time) the power supply was good , but then it wouldn't turn off, so I turned off and had to put the nozzle down during the spin. This item works great the first time, but obviously that's all you get from it. I want to send it back again this time. there is no substitute. I want a full refund. Many Thanks.
